Method
- Cook pasta and set aside.
- In a skillet, sear salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through. Flake and remove.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Simmer until thickened.
- Stir in pasta and salmon, mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve garnished with parsley.

- Use canned salmon for a budget-friendly version. Add spinach for extra color and nutrition.
