Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets skinless
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, sear salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through. Flake and remove.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Stir in pasta and salmon, mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve garnished with parsley.

Notes

  • Use canned salmon for a budget-friendly version. Add spinach for extra color and nutrition.
