Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Creamy Dill Chicken
  1. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of cooking oil. Heat for about 1 minute until shimmering.
  2. Add sliced chicken breasts to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pan and add diced onions, sauté for about 4 minutes until soft and translucent.
