Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Open the package of refrigerated crescent rolls and gently unroll the dough into triangles.
  4. Fill and roll each triangle with a spoonful of the chicken filling, tucking edges to seal.
  5. Dip each rolled pillow in melted butter and coat in breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. In a saucepan, melt the butter and whisk in flour for 1 minute.
  8. Gradually add chicken broth and milk, whisking until thickened.
  9. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until fully melted.
