  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 cups pasta (e.g., penne or rotini)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for cooking chicken
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese can substitute with mozzarella

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and keep warm.
  4. Blanch broccoli in the same boiling water for 2-3 minutes until bright green. Drain and transfer to an ice bath.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, chicken, and broccoli. Add Alfredo sauce and stir until evenly coated.
  6. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour the pasta mixture into the dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
