Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and keep warm.
- Blanch broccoli in the same boiling water for 2-3 minutes until bright green. Drain and transfer to an ice bath.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, chicken, and broccoli. Add Alfredo sauce and stir until evenly coated.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour the pasta mixture into the dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
