Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the chicken by pounding the chicken breasts to a uniform 1/2 inch thickness for even cooking.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and allow it to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. Spiralize the zucchini until you have a generous portion of zoodles.
  5. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Introduce zucchini noodles to the skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  7. In a separate saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over low heat, then add a clove of minced garlic.
  8. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and nutmeg into the creamy sauce until melted and smooth.
  9. Combine the cooked chicken and zoodles in the skillet, pouring the creamy Alfredo sauce over the top.
  10. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
