Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 large head cauliflower chopped and steamed
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
  3. Fold in chicken, cauliflower, and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer to a greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes
