Cooking Steps
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add the organic cheese ravioli and cook according to package instructions, usually 4-5 minutes. Gently scoop them out with a slotted spoon and set aside.
- In a medium skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the broccolini and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add the homemade Alfredo sauce. Warm gently, stirring constantly until creamy, about 3-5 minutes, avoiding boiling.
- Once the sauce is warmed, add the cooked ravioli and sautéed broccolini back into the skillet. Toss gently until coated, adjusting texture with warm milk or broth if needed.
- Serve on warm plates, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan and parsley. Enjoy with garlic bread and a light salad if desired.

Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor, and consider making the Alfredo sauce from scratch to enhance taste. Avoid overcooking ravioli to maintain tenderness.
