Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain.
- Stir in soup, sour cream, and milk. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and cheese. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Substitute cream of mushroom with cream of chicken for a lighter flavor.
