This quick and comforting creamy bowtie pasta is tossed with seasoned ground beef and a velvety tomato cream sauce for a weeknight win.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain.
  3. Stir in soup, sour cream, and milk. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
  4. Add cooked pasta and cheese. Toss to combine.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Substitute cream of mushroom with cream of chicken for a lighter flavor.
