- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine Nilla wafer crumbs and butter, press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mashed bananas and vanilla. Mix well.
- Fold in dry pudding mix. Pour into crust.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes. Turn off oven and let cheesecake sit for 1 hour inside.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before topping with whipped cream and wafers.
