Ingredients
  

  • Crushed Nilla wafers 2 cups
  • Butter melted ½ cup
  • Cream cheese softened 24 oz
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Bananas mashed 2
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Instant banana pudding mix 1 package 3.4 oz
  • Whipped topping and extra wafers for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine Nilla wafer crumbs and butter, press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mashed bananas and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Fold in dry pudding mix. Pour into crust.
  5. Bake for 55–60 minutes. Turn off oven and let cheesecake sit for 1 hour inside.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours before topping with whipped cream and wafers.
