Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large pot, combine the milk, condensed cream of bacon soup, and softened cream cheese. Add garlic and onion powder, stirring over medium heat until gently boiling.
  3. Break the dry spaghetti in half and add it to the pot. Reduce heat and cook for about 8 minutes until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in 2 cups of grated mozzarella and half of the crumbled bacon, seasoning with salt and pepper. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and crumbled bacon on top. Bake for about 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with fresh chives.
