- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large pot, combine the milk, condensed cream of bacon soup, and softened cream cheese. Add garlic and onion powder, stirring over medium heat until gently boiling.
- Break the dry spaghetti in half and add it to the pot. Reduce heat and cook for about 8 minutes until al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in 2 cups of grated mozzarella and half of the crumbled bacon, seasoning with salt and pepper. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and crumbled bacon on top. Bake for about 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with fresh chives.
