Creamy, cheesy, and packed with comfort, this Alfredo Tortellini Bake is the ultimate weeknight dinner. It combines cheesy tortellini with a rich Alfredo sauce, tossed with savory seasonings and baked until golden and bubbly.

Ingredients
  

  • Refrigerated cheese tortellini 20 oz
  • Alfredo sauce 2 cups store-bought or homemade
  • Cooked chicken breast diced 2 cups
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 ½ cups
  • Parmesan cheese ½ cup grated
  • Minced garlic 1 tsp
  • Italian seasoning 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, cooked chicken, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked tortellini.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Remove from oven, let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute chicken with cooked sausage or leave it out for a vegetarian option.
  • For extra richness, stir in a few tablespoons of cream cheese into the Alfredo mixture before baking.
