Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, cooked chicken, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked tortellini.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from oven, let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with cooked sausage or leave it out for a vegetarian option.
- For extra richness, stir in a few tablespoons of cream cheese into the Alfredo mixture before baking.
