Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla, then mix in cake mix.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Roll into balls and coat in powdered sugar.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes. Let cool on pan.

- Try with chocolate or red velvet cake mix for variety.
