In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, softened cream cheese, and softened butter. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar to the banana mixture, and mix until fully incorporated.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
If desired, fold in the chopped walnuts or pecans.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
