  • 1 cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper or to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush the cranberry orange glaze all over the turkey.
  4. Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for 75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Once it reaches the right temperature, remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
