For the Cranberry Layer
  • 16 oz Cranberry Sauce canned or homemade
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar or white sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon optional
For the Crumb Topping
  • 1 cup Pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup Butter unsalted

Pie Preparation

  3. Combine cranberry sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spoon over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Mix pecans, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over cranberry layer.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes until golden brown. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
