Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Mix together paprika, cayenne pepper, turmeric, and salt in a small bowl to create a spice blend.
  3. Transfer soaked mustard seeds and their liquid to a saucepan, add honey and spice blend, and heat over medium-low for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Blend the mixture until slightly coarse and spreadable; adjust consistency as needed.
  5. Cool to room temperature, then transfer to an airtight jar and refrigerate for optimal flavor development.
