- In a large glass, pour in 1/2 cup of apple cider, followed by 1-2 tablespoons of sugar. Add 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon of ground nutmeg. Stir until the sugar fully dissolves.
- Introduce 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce to the apple cider mixture. Stir gently until the caramel is fully blended in.
- Pour in 1 cup of cooled brewed coffee and mix everything thoroughly.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes, about 1 cup’s worth, and gently pour in 1/2 cup of milk over the ice. Stir lightly to combine.
- Top with whipped cream if desired, and add an optional apple slice on the rim of the glass.
