Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and gather all your ingredients.
  2. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot, add the pasta and cook until just shy of al dente, about 1-2 minutes less than the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season and cook the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and let it rest.
  4. In the same skillet, combine marinara sauce and heavy cream. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. Gradually add mozzarella and Parmesan until melted.
  5. Slice the chicken and toss it with the cooked pasta and creamy sauce in a large bowl.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
