Method
- In a large pot, cook ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until beef is browned.
- Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, pinto beans, black beans, and beef broth.
- Season with garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer uncovered for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot with cornbread or tortilla chips.
Notes
- Swap in kidney beans or navy beans if you prefer.
- Add diced jalapeños for a spicy kick!
