Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut 3-4 thin slices of cucumber and soak in ice-cold water for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Peel and chop the remaining cucumber into small cubes, about 1 cup.
  3. Blend the cubed cucumber, sweetener, mint leaves, and 1 cup of water on high for 30-60 seconds.
  4. Strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher.
  5. Stir in lime juice and black salt, then add remaining 2 cups of water.
  6. Serve over ice with garnished cucumber slices and mint leaves.
