  • 1 bottle Pink Food Coloring
  • 1 bottle Blue Food Coloring

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Cotton Candy Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add room temperature eggs and both extracts. Mix until fully incorporated and smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into two bowls; color one with pink and the other with blue food coloring, mixing until evenly distributed.
  6. Use a cookie scoop to take a portion of each color and press them together to form a single scoop.
  7. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced 2-3 inches apart. Bake for about 12 minutes until edges are golden.
