- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ⅔ cup of all-purpose flour, 14 oz. of sweetened flaked coconut, and ¼ teaspoon of salt. Whisk together.
- Add 14 oz. of sweetened condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir until well blended.
- Using a large cookie scoop, portion approximately 3 tablespoons of the dough onto lined baking sheets.
- Shape each scoop of dough into a nest form with an indent in the center.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until lightly golden brown.
- Allow the nests to cool completely on the baking sheets for about 10-15 minutes.
- Carefully fill the indent of each nest with candy eggs.
