  • 2 cups Coconut Water Use fresh for a refreshing taste
  • 4 cups Water Chilled water is best
For the Creaminess
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk Can swap for unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk Can be replaced with more coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract Choose pure over imitation
For Serving
  • 2 cups Ice Essential to keep the drink cold

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Prepare the Coconut: Drain water from a medium coconut and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Blend Ingredients: Blend coconut flesh with coconut water and 4 cups water, add other ingredients.
  3. Strain the Mixture: Pour mixture into a pitcher, optionally strain for smoothness.
  4. Mix and Chill: Add 4 cups of cold water, adjust sweetness, and chill or serve over ice.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with coconut slice, cinnamon, mint, or pineapple; serve chilled.
