  • 1/2 cup Red Onion Finely chopped, can substitute with white or green onion

  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar Can use apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard Dijon mustard for a stronger taste
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Omit for reduced-sugar option

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, red wine vinegar, sugar, and yellow mustard until smooth.
  3. Add the cooled pasta, diced celery, red pepper, and chopped red onion to the bowl. Mix gently until pasta is well coated.
  4. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
