Method
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan and sear salmon, skin-side down, for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
- Return salmon to the pan and coat with glaze. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Pair with rice or steamed veggies. Use blood orange juice for a vibrant twist.
