Method
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa. Bring to boil and cook 1 minute.
- Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix in oats.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let set 20–30 minutes.
Notes
- Use almond butter for a twist.
- Add shredded coconut or mini chocolate chips.
- Store in airtight container for 5 days.
