Break the white chocolate almond bark into pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl.
Melt the chocolate in 15-30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
Stir in the peanuts and half of the Easter M&M’s until evenly coated.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming clusters.
While the chocolate is still warm, press the remaining M&M’s onto the top and sprinkle with festive sprinkles.
Let the clusters cool and harden at room temperature or in the refrigerator before serving.
