Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound white chocolate almond bark
  • 16 ounces dry roasted or salted peanuts
  • 1 bag Easter-themed M&M’s
  • Festive holiday sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Break the white chocolate almond bark into pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Melt the chocolate in 15-30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  3. Stir in the peanuts and half of the Easter M&M’s until evenly coated.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming clusters.
  5. While the chocolate is still warm, press the remaining M&M’s onto the top and sprinkle with festive sprinkles.
  6. Let the clusters cool and harden at room temperature or in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

  • If the melted chocolate is too thick, stir in 1-2 teaspoons of vegetable oil or coconut oil for a smoother consistency.
  • Swap the peanuts for cashews, almonds, or pretzels for a different texture.
