Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked shredded or cubed chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked ham
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread chicken evenly in the bottom of the dish. Layer ham on top, followed by the Swiss cheese.
  4. Pour the sauce evenly over the layers.
  5. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Mozzarella or provolone can be used in place of Swiss if preferred.
  • Serve with steamed veggies or a side salad for a complete meal.
