  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 large tortillas flour or whole wheat
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Grill the Chicken: Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas and layer with lettuce, grilled chicken, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, and cilantro. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
  4. Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly like a burrito.
  5. Toast (Optional): For extra crunch, lightly toast the wrap in a dry pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side.
