Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup cherry juice preferably 100% juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener of choice like agave syrup, honey, or stevia
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh cherries and vanilla beans for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Brew your coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature. You can also make it ahead of time and refrigerate it.
  2. In a large glass or pitcher, combine the cooled coffee, almond milk, cherry juice, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Stir well until all ingredients are fully mixed.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the cherry vanilla coffee mixture over the ice.
  4. Garnish with fresh cherries and a vanilla bean if desired. Serve immediately.
