- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow squash, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

- In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the squash mixture.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and the squash is tender.
