Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow squash, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Pour the squash mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  4. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the squash mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and the squash is tender.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
