Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Steam broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots until just tender.
- In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion, peas, and cheese.
- Fold in the vegetables and season to taste.
- Pour into dish. Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen vegetables depending on availability.
- Swap cream of mushroom for cream of chicken or celery.
