Method
- In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté sliced sausage until browned.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in pasta, broth, and milk. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve.
