Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, marinara sauce, cooked sausage, and half the mozzarella cheese.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni slices.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Swap pepperoni for cooked mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers for a veggie version.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
