Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce and seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- Stir in cheese and cook until melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
Notes
- Add spinach or bell peppers for more veggies.
- Use whole wheat pasta for extra fiber.
