Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Whisk together until well mixed.
Add the olive oil and milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute until smooth.
Roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the melted butter over the dough. Sprinkle the garlic powder, Italian herbs, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the dough into strips (about 1 inch wide) without cutting all the way through.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
