Ingredients
  

  • Ground chicken 1 pound
  • Grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
  • Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1 large
  • Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese cubes 1 cup
  • Marinara sauce 1 cup
  • Shredded mozzarella 1 cup

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Add shredded chicken and cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use any pasta shape you love—penne, fettuccine, or bowtie.
  • Add peas, spinach, or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor and color.
