Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar soup, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Stir in broccoli and mix until coated.
- Spread into a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
