Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. If starting with raw chicken, season and grill it over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly charred, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F. Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before chopping it into small pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken with BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mayo, and chili garlic sauce; stir well until fully coated.
  3. In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley until well combined.
  4. Slice the Sweet Hawaiian Rolls horizontally, keeping them connected at the bottom. Layer a generous amount of shredded cheese on the bottom half, followed by the BBQ chicken mixture, and top it with more shredded cheese.
  5. Using a pastry brush, generously coat the tops of the assembled sliders with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 7-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  7. Remove the sliders from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Use a sharp knife to cut them apart and serve immediately.
