Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, pat dry, and remove the green stems. Hollow out the center of each strawberry.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fill each hollowed strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag.
  4. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on a plate and roll the tops of the filled strawberries in the crumbs.
  5. Melt chocolate and drizzle over strawberries. Add any other toppings if desired.
  6. Refrigerate filled strawberries for at least 30 minutes before serving.
