- Wash the strawberries thoroughly, pat dry, and remove the green stems. Hollow out the center of each strawberry.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Fill each hollowed strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on a plate and roll the tops of the filled strawberries in the crumbs.
