Ingredients
  

  • 1 box brownie mix plus ingredients on package
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare brownie batter according to package.
  2. Pour into a greased baking pan. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter and swirl with a knife.
  4. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  5. Cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Use homemade brownies for richer results
