Method
- Brown ground beef in a large pot.
- Drain excess grease and set meat aside.
- Sauté onion, carrots, and celery until soft.
- Add broth and potatoes, bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in flour, milk, and return beef to pot.
- Simmer until thickened, then stir in cheese until melted.
- Season to taste.
Notes
- Add bacon bits or pickles for more cheeseburger flair. Use Velveeta for an ultra-creamy version.
