Method
- Cook pasta until al dente. Set aside.
- Season shrimp and steak with Cajun seasoning.
- In a skillet, sear steak in olive oil until cooked to preferred doneness. Remove.
- In the same skillet, cook shrimp until pink. Remove.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream and simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
- Return steak and shrimp to the pan, then add pasta. Toss to coat.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked steak or shrimp to save time.
- Adjust spice level with more or less Cajun seasoning.
