Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta is a must-try!

A rich and bold pasta dish loaded with juicy Cajun-seasoned shrimp and tender steak tossed in a creamy Alfredo sauce. A decadent dinner perfect for surf-and-turf lovers!

Ingredients
  

  • Fettuccine pasta
  • Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • Sirloin steak sliced thin
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Butter
  • Garlic minced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente. Set aside.
  2. Season shrimp and steak with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a skillet, sear steak in olive oil until cooked to preferred doneness. Remove.
  4. In the same skillet, cook shrimp until pink. Remove.
  5. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream and simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Return steak and shrimp to the pan, then add pasta. Toss to coat.

Notes

  • Use pre-cooked steak or shrimp to save time.
  • Adjust spice level with more or less Cajun seasoning.
