Ingredients
  

  • shrimp shell-on
  • andouille sausage sliced
  • red potatoes halved
  • corn on the cob halved
  • garlic cloves smashed
  • lemons halved
  • Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
  • butter
  • water
  • bay leaves

Method
 

  1. Fill a large stockpot with water and bring to a boil
  2. Add seasoning, garlic, lemon, and bay leaves
  3. Boil potatoes for 10 minutes, then add corn and sausage
  4. Boil for another 5 minutes, then add shrimp and cook until pink
  5. Drain and toss with melted butter and additional seasoning
  6. Serve spread out on newspaper or a large tray

Notes

  • Add crab legs or clams for more seafood variety
  • Melted garlic butter is a must for dipping
  • Serve with crusty bread and lemon wedges
