Method
- Season salmon with Cajun spice and a pinch of salt.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- Lower heat, add butter and honey. Spoon over salmon until glazed.
- Serve garnished with parsley.

- Double the honey-butter mixture for extra sauce
- Adjust Cajun seasoning based on spice preference
