Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast cubed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • cups milk
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz pasta penne or rotini
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • Green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat butter in a large pot. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  2. Add garlic, then pour in broth, milk, and buffalo sauce.
  3. Stir in uncooked pasta and bring to a boil.
  4. Cover and simmer until pasta is tender, about 12 minutes.
  5. Stir in cheddar and cream cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Add ranch or blue cheese crumbles for extra flavor.
