In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
