- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
- In serving bowls, layer the cooked brown rice as the base.
- Top the rice with the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Add a layer of chopped romaine lettuce on top of the chicken.
- Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes over the lettuce.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Drizzle blue cheese dressing over the entire bowl.
