Step-by-Step Instructions
- Prepare the Mozzarella by cutting the cheese into one-inch cubes. Set aside.
- Wrap a piece of cooked bacon around each mozzarella cube completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and half of the buffalo sauce. Mix thoroughly.
- Flatten a handful of the chicken mixture in your palm, place the bacon-wrapped mozzarella cube in the center, and encase it with chicken, shaping into a ball.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Roll each bomb in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F. Fry bombs for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown and crispy or bake at 400°F for 18-20 minutes.
- Drain cooked bombs on paper towels, drizzle with remaining buffalo sauce, and serve warm.

Notes
Refrigerate assembled bombs for up to 24 hours before cooking for better texture. Cook from frozen and adjust spice levels according to taste.
