Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Mozzarella by cutting the cheese into one-inch cubes. Set aside.
  2. Wrap a piece of cooked bacon around each mozzarella cube completely.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and half of the buffalo sauce. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Flatten a handful of the chicken mixture in your palm, place the bacon-wrapped mozzarella cube in the center, and encase it with chicken, shaping into a ball.
  5. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Roll each bomb in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F. Fry bombs for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown and crispy or bake at 400°F for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Drain cooked bombs on paper towels, drizzle with remaining buffalo sauce, and serve warm.
