Method
- Brown beef in oil over medium heat. Set aside.
- Sauté onion and garlic. Add beef, broth, water, and veggies.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer 45 minutes.
- Add egg noodles and cook 8–10 minutes.

- Swap in rice noodles or ramen for variety.

- Freeze broth and beef without noodles to avoid mushiness.
